A. General Terms & Conditions for Promotions

Great news! You've received a discount code for use on uk.meyer.com (“Promotion”). These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by claiming all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information. Here are the full terms and conditions that accompany this Promotion.

The Promotion is only valid for orders placed online, and only valid at the time of placing a new order.

The Promotion is valid and will be applied to specific products, while stocks last, and may be withdrawn at any time. The voucher code is not valid and will not be applied to the following items/categories:

• Any products that are situated within the 'Pan Set' area of the website, or the 'Create Your Own' category if available.
• Any discounted products on the site, including those that are situated within the 'Special Offers' area and any associated sub-categories, or automatic promotions including but not limited to “buy 3 and get one free” promotions.

The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other voucher code or multi-buy offer. Only one voucher code can be used per order, per person.

Meyer Group Limited (“Meyer”) reserves the right to decline orders where, in Meyer’s sole discretion, a promotion code is invalid.

In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, refunds will be in the amount of the product with applied discount and not at the Regular Retail Price (“RRP”) of the item.

In the event of a partial return of an order, the monetary value refunded will be the value of the item(s) at the time of the transaction with the discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the Promotion is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional code.

Meyer reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time.

To receive the discount code, you must sign up to our newsletter by completing the following steps:

1. Enter and submit your email address on Sponsor’s online signup form.
2. You will receive a welcome email from us with your discount code. Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery.
3. If you have not received your email (please check your junk folder) after 24hrs, please contact our consumer care team, by filling in our contact form.

The below terms and conditions apply to our new subscriber discount in addition to the General Terms & Conditions for Discount Codes:

• Discount code is only valid at the time of ordering, on a new order placed online at
  uk.meyer.com. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
• Your discount code will expire 7 days after you receive it (please check your email junk folder) and can only be used once.
• The voucher code is valid and will be applied to full priced items/categories but cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, offer, or automatic discount
• No minimum spend is required for discount to apply.
• Sponsor reserves the right to decline orders where, in its sole discretion, a discount code is invalid.
• In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for the value of the original
  purchase, or in other words, with the applied discount. Refunds will not be at the Regular Retail Price of the item(s) in the transaction.
